2025-2026 Luncheon Schedule 

​

• You may attend 1 luncheon prior to becoming a member (to be placed in a culture group, you must be a member)

• Please contact reservations for any questions at oiwc4reservations@gmail.com

• ​Ways to make reservations:

  • Reservations may be made at each luncheon for the following month's luncheon​

  • Reservations may be made at a drop location (see locations below) NO LATER than the above reservation deadline *Drop boxes are closed after deadline

• If using a Drop Box, payment is accepted in exact cash only (no checks) and must be placed in an envelope with your name, contact info and what you are paying for

• Each event changes between USD and Yen – payment is notated on all advertisements (US Dollars for on-base luncheons and Japanese Yen for off-base luncheons)

• Include exact amount; all excess will be donated.

• Attire for all events is business or Sunday best (no denim or flip flops allowed) 

• Only children six months and younger may attend

Cancellation Information:

• Please email oiwc4reservations@gmail.com before 9:00 am on the day of the event about your cancellation

• All payments made are final and non-refundable and will be considered a donation to OIWC to be donated to charity
